The site has been developed with multiple horizontal wells flowing at 2 to 10 gallons-per-minute year round. A vertical well has been drilled at the north end of the ridge which produces 14 gallons-per-minute. Two reservoirs have been completed which in total hold approximately 25 acre-feet of water.

Runoff is adequate to fill both reservoirs annually. A third reservoir site has been approved by the County of Mendocino and will bring the total to approximately 50-acre feet of storage. The combined developed water resources flow at approximately 50 gallons per minute.
